Dear Readers,

Stop chatting, start sessioning and go pro!

I’ve been thinking about a concept for my new pay-per-view newsletter since November when a member of staff who works at a newsletter service company asked me to write a newsletter.

He suggested I write about my past career because new readers don’t know about me and my blog so I could choose some past articles to rewrite. I thought it would be nice to discover the best of my articles. It was a good idea but it didn’t feel right for me.

I had been coughing in January so I didn’t have much time to think about my newsletter but I had been giving my coaching sessions.

At the beginning of February, I had a light bulb moment! A spiritual blogger said, “What is the spiritual meaning of coughing? A cough is like a sigh of when you save something up inside you.” That’s right! I noticed I saved up something by not writing.

I’ve been giving a coaching sessions almost everyday for 13 years but I blog from a client’s point of view, not from a coach’s point of view. Because readers want to know how to solve their problems. I noticed I should write about my coaching.

Well, what is the title?

Life coach? How to be a good listener? These are very common topics and there are many good books about listening.

One day I had a 20 minute session with my client and when it was finished, I was satisfied with my session and said that it was a great session.

And then, a great idea came to me. The title is “Session.”

One-to-one communication is everywhere in our daily life. For example a doctor and a patient, a teacher and a student, a boss and a junior colleague, a parent and a child, a seller and a customer. I am a student and also vice versa. Myself and myself might be a one-to one communication.

In daily life, If various one-to-one sessions would be better it might achieve world peace. So I’m writing about “Session.” A person who has been giving a coaching sessions for 13 years is how to see the world.
